Your Mission, Fully Funded and Built to Last
You’re juggling grant proposals at midnight and board questions at dawn, and putting out fires all day.
Sound familiar?
When overextended, projects stall and funding feels like a constant fight – chasing grants without breathing room. The big vision that inspired you sits on the shelf, with no bandwidth to plan or fund it. Navigating bureaucratic hoops on your own? Overwhelming. The strain isn’t just wearing you down; it’s holding your mission back.
Grant Lifecycle Management
From strategy to stewardship, we manage every stage of the grant process—crafting competitive proposals, ensuring compliance, tracking impact, and building funder relationships that sustain long-term support.
Strategic Planning & Capacity
We design actionable, equity-driven plans that strengthen your organization’s systems, leadership, and resources—empowering you to scale impact with confidence and clarity.
We lead capital campaigns from concept to ribbon-cutting—aligning vision, funding strategies, and community engagement to bring major projects to life on time and on budget.
Capital Campaign Development
A Partner to Power Your Vision
Imagine having an experienced development team in your corner, fully invested in your mission’s success. That’s us. Community Based Consulting (CBC) steps in as your integrated development department, so you can exhale and focus on leading. We’re not just grant writers or planners – we’re your strategic development partner from start to finish. Our women-led, mission-driven firm brings lived experience in the community sector, so we get the challenges you face. We believe in Community as Currency, treating your local knowledge and relationships as invaluable assets to leverage (not bypass). No cookie-cutter, top-down fixes here. Instead, we co-create solutions with you: mapping out a sustainable funding strategy, streamlining projects and permits, and even building internal systems so you keep thriving long after we’re done. With CBC guiding you, that “impossible” project becomes doable. Those sustainable funding streams you dream about become a reality. And you remain firmly in the driver’s seat now with a powerful support team alongside.
